Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiled jackfruit
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 1 beaten egg

Directions

  1. Mash the jackfruit, add the salt and butter and mix well.
  2. Add the egg, salt and cheese
  3. Shape it into small cakes and fry in plenty of hot butter.
